Hello and welcome to the Women of Worship website.On October 1st, 2009 I sat in my prayer chair meditating about the future of Women of Worship. We were not yet three weeks past the God of this City Conference and I already felt an urgency to pray fervently for 'the event in February'. I just opened my brand new Bible purchased with a gift card from my wonderful WOW team. I let the Book fall open and it landed in the Book of Haggai. What an odd place I thought. As I read through this very short book, two messages from the Lord stood out clear:

"Give careful thought to your ways"

"Be strong and courageous, for I am with you"

As I made the first marking in my new Bible, I realized I was again hearing the same message from a different place in God's word. Click for more.
