Women of Worship is sponsoring our 6th city-wide event! It is hard to imagine that in only 2 years God has blessed WOW so completely. Details of the event are as follows:

The Healing Journey, Stories of Victory

There is no charge for this event. An offering will be taken.

The Women of Worship team has decided to offer this event free of charge and tickets will not be printed. An offering will be taken to help defray the cost of the event. We do ask that women go to our website at www.wow4him.org to register online for the event. You can also call 307-632-6218 and leave your information for registration. Seating is limited so make sure to sign up soon.

This event will include two sessions with a break in-between for fellowship and prayer. Lunch will not be served but snacks and coffee will be available at the break. Kathy Cordell and Cyndy Sherwood will lead the sessions. Courageous women from our community will share their testimonies of victory through the saving knowledge of Christ. Worship will be led by the WOW Worship Band.

Healing Journey Bible Study
The Healing Journey Bible Study is a 29-week course designed to equip women with God’s truth and the necessary tools to successfully navigate with the Lord toward healing. At least 2 Healing Journey studies will be offered starting the week of Sept. 26th. Cyndy Sherwood is the founding director of His Healing Light Ministries. She is the author of The Healing Journey Bible Study and Road Map to Healing. Her material has emerged from her own healing journey with the Lord which began in 1991. Through her own suffering and seeking the Lord through her pain, she discovered His truths that restore us to the fullness of life He intended all along.

Cyndy and her husband Bryan live in Colorado Springs. They have two adult daughters, two adult sons, a daughter who has gone to be with the Lord and four grandchildren.

The Intimate Issues Conference is a place where you will meet with God and with other women for a weekend that is sure to change your life. We will laugh, worship and dig deep into Scripture and discover revelations about God’s perspective on sex.
Women of Worship would like to bring a group of women to this life-changing event. I have never been to a conference that is so deeply personal and touches women with information that is not usually talked about in our churches. I will be speaking briefly Saturday afternoon.
